  • Overall, we found that the Trust has continued to adapt and refine its planning approach to respond to new requirements, the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and maintain oversight of its long-term ambitions. However, as a result of operational pressures some aspects of monitoring and reporting of plan progress were paused or altered during the year and there is scope to clarify these arrangements going forward.
