Kevin Thomas Read more about Kevin Thomas On Graduation in 1988 with a degree in Pure Mathematics and Accountancy, he worked as a trainee accountant for Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for two years before moving to Clwyd County Council. While there he completed his CIPFA training becoming the only student in the Council’s history to pass CIPFA first time. Kevin is a member of the CIPFA CPD scheme and has been since its inception.

After studying Economics at Bath University, he lived and worked in Paris before embarking on a career in parliamentary service in the House of Commons. The study will look at the effectiveness of these services across Wales and will make recommendations to the NHS in Wales.
