The free to attend ‘Demonstration Events’ provided examples of good practice in relation to collaboration and integration between local government and NHS in Wales and elsewhere.
At the event attendees:
- heard from key practitioners about how to implement good practice in integration across Wales;
- engaged in open and creative conversations, to develop common understanding of the issues; and
- explored the circumstances which both enable and prevent progress.
