Strengthening the Connections
Strengthening the Connections exists to support the implementation of the Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Bill and to place an emphasis on collaboration and integration between local government, NHS Wales and its partners.
The free to attend ‘Demonstration Events’ provided examples of good practice in relation to collaboration and integration between local government and NHS in Wales and elsewhere.
At the event attendees:
- heard from key practitioners about how to implement good practice in integration across Wales;
- engaged in open and creative conversations, to develop common understanding of the issues; and
- explored the circumstances which both enable and prevent progress.
