Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority – Carbon Emissions Reduction
28 April 2022

We did this review during the period November 2021 to January 2022. Our review sought to answer the question: Is the Authority making good progress in reducing its carbon emissions and fully contributing to Wales’s public sector becoming carbon neutral by 2030?

The Authority has a strong vision and is making good progress to becoming carbon neutral, but needs to address some major challenges to meet the 2030 carbon neutral target.
