What we need from you
Your request should be in writing and include the following information:
- your name
- your contact address, and
- a detailed description of the information you want.
Your description doesn’t need to be perfect. However, providing specific details and any relevant dates will help us process your request faster. Our Information Policy provides further information.
We welcome telephone calls in Welsh and English. You can also write to us in either Welsh or English and we will respond in the language you have used. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to a delay.
