Want to help us to deliver organisational change more effectively? Our work aims to improve public services across Wales and we’re looking for someone to help us improve too.

We’re looking to appoint a Change Project Manager who’ll be responsible for embedding change and project management excellence, both through the projects that you will directly manage and the Audit Wales Change Programme that you will influence. This is a brand-new role and you’ll will help improve alignment of corporate projects to our strategic ambitions.

The successful candidates will undertake a variety of work which will include:

- Project management of one or more specific projects throughout the full lifecycle from idea to benefits realisation, to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives and benefits.

 - Working in collaboration with relevant Audit Wales services, develop excellent business cases for change, implement high quality project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes within time cost and quality constraints, taking full account of the impacts and completing business readiness assessments for change.

- Supporting the strategic planning of projects and programmes to ensure that there is a coherent, co-ordinated portfolio of changes that will deliver the strategic objectives of the Audit Wales.

 - Acting as a subject matter expert for project and change management, developing processes and the culture necessary to establish the Audit Wales as a centre of change management excellence.
